Brad Baker Campaign ("the Campaign," "we," "us") operates this website at bradbakercampaign.com (the "Site") in support of Brad Baker, Republican candidate for re-election to the Sarasota County Public Hospital Board, Northern District Seat 1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of the Site and your participation in our communications programs, including our text-message (SMS) and email programs. Using the Site or opting in to our communications means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site or opt in.

1. Agreement to These Terms

Accessing the Site, submitting our contact form, or opting in to calls, texts, or emails confirms that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Text Message (SMS) Program

Program description. When you check the text-message opt-in box on our contact form and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from the Brad Baker Campaign. Messages may include campaign updates, election reminders, volunteer opportunities, and requests for contributions.

Voluntary consent. Opting in is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of any donation, service, or benefit. You may submit the contact form without opting in.

Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Text STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; a single confirmation of your opt-out may follow. Text HELP for assistance, or reach us through the contact form.

Your number stays with us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or opt-in information. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share it only with the vendors who deliver our messaging program on our behalf, and only as the law permits or requires.

Consent records. We keep a record of each opt-in — date, time, the method of consent, and the exact disclosure language you were shown — for as long as applicable law requires, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC rules.

3. Email Program

If you opt in to campaign emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us. We do not sell or share your email address.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and the account holder or authorized user of any phone number you provide. This Site is not directed to children under 13.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false or impersonating information; interfere with the Site or its security; attempt unauthorized access to any system or data; or use the Site to harass others or break the law. We may restrict access for violations.

6. Campaign Content and Intellectual Property

Site content — text, graphics, photographs, and design — belongs to or is licensed by the Brad Baker Campaign. You may share campaign materials for personal, political, and non-commercial purposes. Commercial reproduction requires our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and our communications are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Campaign and its officers, volunteers, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our communications, including carrier message and data charges.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted here. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
